MY STORE AND ME
My name is Josephine Josephs and I have been a Powerseller for 5 years. I love my eBay store. I spend hours every week scouring garage sales and auctions to find the perfect clothing that I think my eBay customers (like you) would love to wear.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
My motto is, "Customer Service". You know when you buy from me that you will get a fair deal. You can email me with compliments and concerns and I will answer you quickly. I offer refunds on a "No Questions Asked" basis. I don't always refund shipping, but if I have clearly made a listing error, you can bet you will get a full refund.
I have auctions running almost every week. More than that, I have made tons of contacts and friends with other eBayers over the years and many of us even exchange holiday greetings.
I love working out of my home. My daughter is so happy to see me at home after school. Sometimes my eBay items overrun our household, but usually, I am well organized.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate which takes 2-3 days to receive. You will also get "delivery confirmation". Sometimes packages are considered "not safe to be delivered" and sent back to the local post office. You will receive an email from me on the date of shipment. After 5-days you would check the tracking to see if the post office didn't want to leave the package on your front porch and wants you to pick it up at the post office.

| Refunds |
Refunds are given on a "No Questions Asked" basis. You must return the item in its original packing material within 3-days of receipt and you must notify me for a return authorization. If the item was different than described in my listing I will refund postage fees as well. |
